Following the success of our pop-up last year, Sam’s Smash Burgers is now a weekly favourite at Sam’s Kitchen Hammersmith.
At Sam’s, our Smash Burgers are all about simplicity, quality and flavour. Each patty is made using our signature recipe- a bespoke blend of rib cap, chuck and aged beef sourced from West London butcher HG Walter. The burgers are hand-rolled and smashed onto a hot grill to create the perfect caramelised crust, then finished with Sam’s secret sauce, house-made pickles, and melted cheese for that irresistible umami bite.
Pair your burger with golden fries or loaded chorizo fries, sip on a Tommy’s frozen margarita, and finish with one of our indulgent handmade milkshakes - the perfect way to round off your Sam’s experience.
