Following the success of our pop-up series earlier this year, Sam’s Smash Burgers is now a weekly favourite at Sam’s Kitchen Hammersmith - and due to popular demand, we’re bringing the pop-up to Sam’s Kitchen Chiswick too, running until the end of the year.
At Sam’s, our Smash Burgers are all about simplicity, quality and flavour. Each patty is made using Head Chef Abbie’s signature recipe - a bespoke blend of rib cap, chuck and aged beef sourced from West London butcher HG Walter. The burgers are hand-rolled and smashed onto a hot grill to create the perfect caramelised crust, then finished with Sam’s secret sauce, house-made pickles, and melted cheese for that irresistible umami bite.
Pair your burger with golden fries or loaded chorizo fries, sip on a Tommy’s frozen margarita, and finish with one of our indulgent handmade milkshakes - the perfect way to round off your Sam’s experience.
